Violence prevention

What is it to me? What can I already do? Every individual can contribute to greater safety without putting themselves in danger. Promoting civil courage through confidence to act is one of the tasks of general violence prevention. Our work focuses on supporting schools in the Warendorf district. In training courses, teachers, school social workers and school social workers are given tips on safety-oriented behavior in cases ranging from violent disputes to serious acts of violence.

Our work includes:

• Further training for multipliers (in cooperation with the school psychological counseling center, among others)
• Collaboration and initiation of prevention concepts
• Collaboration in the "With civil courage for democracy" working group
