A 22-year-old man was riding his bicycle when the driver of a box van took the right of way near a junction with a farm track on Grevener Damm. The cyclist fell and was seriously injured. Passers-by informed the emergency services, who took the 22-year-old to hospital. The scene of the accident is close to the wind turbines, which is said to be a popular meeting place for young people. Who witnessed the traffic accident?
